Most Commonly used HPLC Stationary Phase | Great for Hydrophobic Non Polar Samples | Range of Particle Choices are available.
Whether you are working with "legacy HPLC methods", new USP® methods, looking for unknowns or developing new methods to use or export; we offer many C18 column variations to match your analyses needs.
Traditional, spherical, low-metal content silica with exhaustive end-capping is our most commonly used particle for Reversed Phase methods. These include the MOST POPULAR:
and others, including Similars™ columns.
Irregular, Type-A silica bonded C18 with and without end-capping for older USP® monographs or in-house methods matching the stationary phases used to develop the monographs is available as The Cogent MicroBee C18™ and is made to be similar to the Microbondapak® C18.
Another C18 option is the unique Cogent Bidentate C18 HPLC Column, engineered with silica hydride technology. This design enables capabilities not achievable with conventional C18 phases, allowing reliable operation in Reversed‑Phase as well as ANP / HILIC methods.
NOTE: Our technical support team strongly recommends that the Cogent column filter to protect your columns, included with each column, be used with all HPLC columns whenever possible.
